This report highlights some of the best resources available to congregations serving African American communities. While it is not intended to be exhaustive, it does seek to identify resources in categories that may provide practical information to congregations. Most categories were chosen on the basis of feedback from ministers, staff, and congregants regarding issues that they deemed important; others were chosen because information on them was difficult to gather or prone to rapid change.
Use the menu on the left to navigate the site and explore the resources available to you and your congregation. Or, you may prefer to read straight through the report by clicking the "next" button on the right.
Throughout this report, you'll find many links to other sites. When you click on a link, the site will open in a new browser window. To return to this site, simply close that window.
For a print-ready version of this report, click the "Print-Ready Version" item from the menu on the left. (Note: you will need to have installed the free download, Adobe Acrobat).
