Glossary: This involves a learning experience where at least 21 adults or 21 percent of the average number of active attending adults present on a typical weekend for worship (whichever is greater) gather for an evening to talk about the past, present, and future of the congregation, using a time line approach that discusses the characteristics of the various stages of congregational life.
