Glossary: Adolescence is the fourth of ten stages of the life cycle and stages of development of a congregation. Adolescence during the first life cycle of a congregation begins around 10 to 12 years after the public launching of the congregation, and is a stage where Vision, Relationships, and Programs are all emphasized.
