Glossary: Adulthood is the fifth of ten stages of the life cycle and stages of development of a congregation. Around 18 to 22 years after the public launching of the congregation, it reaches Adulthood when all four organizing principles—Vision, Relationships, Programs, and Management—are all fully developed.
