Glossary: This is a congregation that starts and nurtures multiple worshipping communities within an existing congregation. Starting multiple worshipping communities involves starting new worship services focusing on target groups of people that the core congregation has not been able to reach, but who are located in the context. Typically the staff and lay leadership of the core congregation lead the new service with some outside assistance and expertise.
