Vision/Values Route Completed: What's Next?

There are three possible next steps. While there is no "wrong" step, you will need to determine what your congregation needs most:

• If your congregation has successfully processed and assimilated all seven "equipping" steps within the Vision/Values Route, it might be time to explore some Choices for implementation.
  
  
• If your congregation is in Gestation, Birth, Infancy, Childhood, Adolescence, or Adulthood on the Congregational Development Life Cycle, you may want to consider some Coaching Development strategies.
  
  
• If your congregation is in Maturity, Empty Nest, Retirement, Old Age or Death on the Congregational Development Life Cycle, you may want to consider some Coaching Redevelopment strategies.
