Evaluations submitted at the workshops and a follow-up survey of participants bear out the theory that different approaches work best for different people. Each section of the workshop was named as "most helpful" by at least five percent of participants. Most frequently mentioned as helpful were the conflict resolution materials and the "story telling." While the conflict resolution materials were rated most highly on the day of the workshop, in the retrospective survey, the personal and biblical stories gained in value.
While resources were seldom seen as "most valuable," they were frequently requested. So we provided a long printed list. Today, many resources are available on the Web and lists can be kept updated.
Here we will list just a few resources and some Web sites. To organize some of the resource material available to our congregations, we return to the three circlespersonal, interpersonal and transpersonalas a context in which to look at "formation", "information," and "transformation."
