We have included some tools to help you navigate this tutorial.

Main menu: On the left side of each page is a main menu showing the primary sections of this tutorial. The menu also includes a glossary of key terms, a resource guide, and a site map.

Site map: At the bottom of the main menu is a site map. If you feel you may be getting "lost," click on the site map to see where you are positioned. Then return to the previous page by clicking the "back" button of your browser.

Next buttons: Once you begin the tutorial, you'll see "next" buttons at the bottom of each screen to take you to the next page. Some pages will have more than one "next" button; when this happens, you will choose and click the button that most applies to you.

You will also see links imbedded in some pages. If you wish to return to a previous page after clicking one of these links, click the "back" button in your browser.

Signposts bar: When you move past the first page of a primary section, a yellow "signposts" bar will appear at the top of each page. This bar displays links to previous pages in the section and highlights, in red letters, the name of your current page. If you want to jump back to a previous page in the section, click on the link to that page.
